Darya Ghomeshi loves her career in real estate because it gives her the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives. Darya realized the importance of hard work at a young age. Her family of five immigrated to the United States when she was 10 and landed in a studio apartment. Seeing her parents strive to create the American dream for their family instilled in her a passion for excellence that still flows into all aspects of her life. When her parents purchased a home four years later, their patient and the knowledgeable agent took great pains to find the perfect home, leaving Darya with an enduring impression of a real estate professional’s valuable role.

 

By the age of 19, Darya had a successful career with Countrywide. Her mortgage background has equipped her with a depth of knowledge in lending that is a true asset to her clients. Buyers appreciate her ability to demystify the details of lending programs, and sellers are grateful for her ability to spot any potential escrow issues at an early stage. And, since Darya purchased her first investment property at 19, her wealth of experience in investment real estate, including short sales, foreclosures, and remodels, makes her an invaluable advisor to those looking to expand their portfolios.

 

Darya lives right on the Sacramento River and loves to spend her days off on the water with her husband and son. She adores the Sacramento area and loves educating people about its various lifestyles, choices, and amenities: Some of her favorites include its proximity to Lake Tahoe, Napa, San Francisco, and the lively food and arts scene. But most of all, Darya loves her community. She gives back by sharing her skills as a volunteer with Rebuilding Together Sacramento, giving to toy drives, and adopting families at Christmastime.
